Our Movement and Entrepreneurial Learning Programs

SOARING SAMARITANS YOUTH MOVEMENT:  A synergystic movement of youth providing relief and a brighter future for those most in need.

BIZSENSE 4 KIDS:  A fun, hands-on education exposing kids to the entrepreneurial process for confidence building.

SOAR JEWELS:  A socially responsible jewelry company developing talent & jewelry that funds relief.

MASKS FOR MEDICS LA:  Providing immediate protection to medical heroes during a pandemic crisis.

We are a child sister team providing children the opportunity to develop an entrepreneurial mindset for social impact and sport balls for healthy outlet.  We're passionate about using our ability to bond to empower kids to create, innovate, educate and discover their potential.  That's why we educate, engage in beading therapy, donate sport balls, play sports together, grant scholarships and have created a fun BizSense 4 KIDS entrepreneurship program.

Our purpose is to provide healthy outlets & vehicles of change to children living in difficult circumstances. They develop skills and a mindset to use for a lifetime. Soaring Samaritans Youth Movement improves a child's quality of life by providing education, sports, community and positive play.

Please help us improve a child's quality of life by providing this access to education, sports, community, and positive play. Your donation can be done at the top  yellow tab "Donate" and helps fund & transport supplies and much needed sports balls to children in critical need.  We make sure your funding is used for qualified youth who meet our purpose by carefully researching to select our recipients, and those applying for our assistance. We focus on underfunded education and enrichment programs in less common locations to ensure donations deliver the most impact where it is truly needed.

SOARING SAMARITANS YOUTH MOVEMENT

Jordyn & Taylor, as seasoned philanthropists, brought their passion for activism and their love of soccer together to form a non-profit humanitarian charity called Soaring Samaritans Youth Movement in 2014. Since then, they’ve donated thousands of soccer and sports balls to kids around the world for the purpose of upward change. Their movement also provides for youth education programs. The goal of their movement is to hand-deliver each donated soccer and sport ball so that they can connect with the kids they serve. This gives youth living in difficult situations a healthy outlet for positive play and inspiration. Having been brought pure fulfillment by the sport of soccer, Jordyn and Taylor’s main focus has been to hand-deliver soccer balls to children living in an orphanage, school, or underfunded youth program that often have never received any aid at all. Their movement is always open to donate resources that include any type of sport ball or necessary supplies.

SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOR YOUTH "BizSense 4 KIDS":  Created by Jordyn Jackson & Taylor Jackson

Jordyn helped create a curriculum for a program called BizSense 4 KIDS. It equips children with a road map of resources and ideas on how to team up or work independently to support their passions by developing an entrepreneurial mindset to create social impact in their communities and beyond. BizSense 4 Kids created the next generation of innovators and changemakers to be prepared for the future. The sister team has personally hand delivered thousands of soccer balls around the world.

Their most impactful donations include special unpoppable balls that are virtually indestructible to children in poorly funded education programs, soccer centers in low income communities, and foster homes.  Kids playing on rougher terrain in remote communities either have no ball, or are stuck with a torn up soccer ball that has scrapes, cuts and punctures because they are not playing on manicured grass or turf. Jordyn and Taylor love One World Play Project’s indestructible balls for their significant value in serving children for a much longer playing period. This allows impact on children to last longer. As a result of their successful relationship with the company, Jordyn and Taylor serve as the Vice Presidents of One World Play Project’s program to “Make Life More PlayFull” everywhere.

KIDS INSPIRING KIDS
(“KIK” PROGRAM)

Soaring Samaritans Youth Movement inspires kids through creativity and action. People who donate balls to Soaring Samaritans Youth Movement can create a Fortune Ball for kids. The Fortune Balls are filled with messages of inspiration, hope, and positivity. Upon their deliveries, the sisters educate children on the history behind these balls and the purpose of paying it forward to make their mark in the world with a program they have written called “KIK,” also known as Kids Inspiring Kids. Through their visits, the sisters work to teach children that beyond receiving a free ball, recipients can find opportunities to pay it forward. The mission is for children to learn how their little acts of kindness continue rolling forward to make a bigger mark in the world.

UNIVERSITY PROGRAMS

As a humanitarian organization, we believe that service to others has no boundaries of state lines, country lines, or even university color lines. Nonetheless, Jordyn & Taylor are Los Angelenos and have a natural love in helping Los Angeles academic and athletic programs. In fact, even when it comes to Los Angeles college team rivalries, they come from a blended family. Jordyn and Taylor have 8 Bruins (UCLA) and 5 Trojans (USC) in their immediate family which makes their hearts filled with love and respect for Los Angeles college programs all around. They give their time to education and sport programs where it is needed and to benefit youth living in poverty by reaching out to organizations with a positive purpose that can network together.

Jordyn & Taylor have impacted children globally on history making levels. They’ve been the “first” outsiders to ever enter certain remote islands to donate to children in under-served soccer centers. They’ve also been the “first” child owned charity to assist in university soccer programs on several occasions. In fact, their movement created the first gala held in the history of UCLA’s soccer program to fundraise for a soccer specific stadium needed by the men’s and women’s soccer team. Due to the Soaring Samaritan Youth Movement’s creation of the One Goal gala, UCLA women’s soccer coaches were able to bring awareness and raised the $7 million needed to fund the soccer stadium, Wallis Annenburg Stadium to be built in Fall 2017.

SOAR Jewels

As the cost to transport soccer balls began to build, Jordyn and Taylor needed a better way to help fund their deliveries. They created a handmade jewelry line called SOAR Jewels and their high quality jewelry line began selling quickly in local boutique stores who share a passion for the work the sister team is doing.

SOAR Jewels were selling so well that the sisters needed a new way to keep up with the demand. Taylor got sponsored by an art teacher at her school who believed in the cause, and they established a lunchtime club called Bead 4 Balls, which allowed fellow students to bead while earning community service hours for graduation. It is the first time in Taylor’s Middle School history that any child has ever brought a community service club to campus that qualified for community service hours. Within the first 2 weeks of launching, the club had 80 members signed up. When Jordyn moved into middle school, she took leadership of Bead 4 Balls and grew the club to over 100 members. The club met three times a month, and each student was still eligible for service hours. As Jordyn is now in high school, she was one of the 8 students accepted into the Diversity Leadership Club, where all differences are celebrated, voices are heard, and lived experiences are honored.

SOAR Jewels are produced by the sister team and local kids driven to make a difference for those in need of soccer balls and essential living supplies. Please consider donating to further their cause.
