"To date, we’ve reached more than 5,600 children across several countries and US states."
YOUNG HUMANITARIANS WITH ENTREPRENEURIAL KNOW HOW
Jordyn Belle Jackson and Taylor Bay Jackson are young social entrepreneurs who have been tackling generational poverty since 2014. They focus on teaching entrepreneurial and life skills by creating opportunities for foster children and at-risk youth. By engaging the community, businesses, and non-profits, they drive change through their school clubs, civic activities, and various business ventures.
As co-founders of the nonprofit organizations Soaring Samaritans Youth Movement, BizSense 4 Kids, SOAR Jewels™, and Masks For Medics LA, Jordyn and Taylor are involved in innovating, organizing, fundraising, and providing scholarships. They also teach life skills and business classes, demonstrate jewelry-making techniques, and offer healthy outlets through sports. They have discovered that making jewelry can be a therapeutic activity, providing emotional and mental benefits.
Soaring Samaritans Youth Movement focuses on helping historically underserved communities both in the United States and internationally, including countries like Mexico, Puerto Rico, Panama, Costa Rica, Samoa, Fiji, Hawaii, Croatia, and Italy. The sisters are committed to fighting global poverty and providing young people with positive and healthy opportunities.
Jordyn Belle Jackson
At just 14 years old, Jordyn Jackson has served as Co-Vice President of the One World Play Project’s "Make Life More Playful" program for the past 9 years, alongside her sister Taylor. This program promotes positive social impact, volunteerism, and education for children with limited resources. Jordyn has also been running Soaring Samaritans Youth Movement since she co-founded it at the age of 5 with her sister. As a social entrepreneur, Jordyn created the socially responsible jewelry line SOAR Jewels, using the proceeds to support children in critical conditions. The funds help teach them entrepreneurial skills, provide beading therapy, and deliver soccer balls to aid their development.
Jordyn has introduced the first child-owned charity to be eligible for service hours towards graduation at fourteen schools in Los Angeles, California. Jordyn plays on a club soccer travel team year-round, using her passion for the sport to fuel her impactful work. She manages to balance her schoolwork with leadership roles, including serving as the Student Council Class Representative for three consecutive years, being a designated “Peaceful Player” at school, and participating in her school’s National Junior Honor Society. Additionally, Jordyn run her school club Bead 4 Balls, where students make jewelry and donate the profits to agreed-upon organizations.
Jordyn is a natural leader. She has earned the prestigious President’s Volunteer Service Award seven times in recognition of her community dedication. Additionally, Jordyn has received several kindness awards at school and has been recognized multiple times at school assemblies for her efforts in promoting inclusion.
At a young age, Jordyn has spent several years collaborating with numerous charities worldwide to support children by donating soccer balls to underfunded education and sports programs. In addition to representing the One World Play Project, she also represents Adidas and Unequal Technology, promoting their protective headband designed to prevent sports-related concussions. Jordyn is actively involved in teaching children simple ways to make a positive impact to "pay it forward."
Jordyn is skilled in working with a diverse range of organizations—including philanthropic groups, schools, orphanages, churches, hotels, and youth programs—to support children from various backgrounds. Her warm personality and the simple gift of a soccer ball enable her to quickly connect with children from all cultures. Both Jordyn and her sister Taylor Bay Jackson are experienced in leading large fundraising events and have received numerous awards for their leadership, kindness, and academic achievements. They focus on providing transformative education and opportunities, particularly for foster children, ethnic minority groups, and marginalized communities. This sister team is committed to making a lasting difference throughout their lives.
Jordyn has been running her club, Bead 4 Balls for 6 years. Kids get the opportunity to earn service hours towards graduation by beading bracelets and learning entrepreneurship skills taught by Jordyn. Jordyn was involved in the Justice Fair at her school. All the clubs set up a booth and sell their items they hand made. Jordyn sold bracelets, and keychains that her club members made throughout the year. 100% of the proceeds went to a charity, AANE (Asperger Autism Network). AANE provides recourses such as rehab, schooling, connect groups for people going through the same thing, and resources for parents with autism.
Taylor Bay Jackson
Taylor Bay Jackson serves as Co-Vice President of the One World Play Project’s "Make Life More Playful" program alongside her sister Jordyn. This program aims to promote positive play. Taylor has been running Soaring Samaritans Youth Movement since she started it at the age of 10. She co-owns a socially responsible jewelry line called SOAR Jewels with Jordyn, where the proceeds support impactful programs designed to teach business skills, life skills, and provide healthy outlets. Taylor also distributes soccer balls to children in challenging situations to reinforce the lessons they’ve learned and to inspire them to move forward. Additionally, Taylor and Jordyn have established the first child-run charity at fourteen schools in Los Angeles, making it possible for students to earn community service hours on their school campus.
Taylor has demonstrated strong leadership and teamwork throughout her life. She has received the President’s Volunteer Service Award nine times for dedicating over 100 hours each year to community service. At school, she earned the Christian Service Award for her community contributions and has achieved Highest Academic Honors every year while playing soccer on a nationally ranked team, competing at the highest level. Additionally, she has served as her high school's Team Captain and was voted Most Valuable Defensive Player by her teammates.
Taylor’s role as Student Council Class Representative for several years highlights her recognized ability to make a difference. She was selected by her school to work as a “Peaceful Player” during nutrition and lunch breaks, where she helped foster inclusion and resolve conflicts on the schoolyard. Additionally, Taylor served as an ambassador on her school’s student council, promoting international relations within the school community.
Taylor is now in college but continues to actively help manage her entrepreneurial venture, SOAR Jewels. She also leads business workshops called BizSense 4 KIDS for youth in Los Angeles and internationally. Taylor has received numerous academic merit awards and collaborates with various charitable organizations worldwide to support communities in need on a global scale.
Taylor understands that she can't make a difference alone and excels at partnering with like-minded individuals and organizations. She collaborates with entities such as One World Play Project, Adidas, Unequal Technologies, university athletic departments, orphanages, churches, schools, youth programs, and hotels worldwide to support upward mobility for youth in critical need. Taylor is experienced in working within diverse multicultural environments and is a seasoned humanitarian dedicated to advocating for youth globally.
Taylor pursued her passion for soccer and was recruited to play for the University of Southern California (USC). However, a torn ACL during high school soccer practice ended her playing career prematurely. After extensive reflection and advice from those around her, Taylor decided to focus on academics and is now studying Business Administration with a double minor in Real Estate and Sociology at USC.
Taylor remains actively dedicated to supporting marginalized communities and serves on the USC Marshall Women’s Leadership Board, Marshall Global Leadership Program, Marshall Real Estate and Finance Association Mentors and Leaders Program, USC La CASA and more.
SOARING SAMARITANS YOUTH MOVEMENT
As seasoned philanthropists and social entrepreneurs, we are a best friend/sister duo uniting our passion for activism, and deep love of soccer by forming a non-profit humanitarian charity called the Soaring Samaritans Youth Movement. Through this, we founded SOAR Jewels (www.soarjewels.com), a socially conscious jewelry business that provides opportunity to junior high and high school kids to create jewels and learn business. All funds from SOAR Jewels go toward our purpose which is to educate, inspire, provide aid, and to donate sports balls to children across the world for a positive outlet. Teens earn service hours toward high school graduation for giving back to the community while beading and learning through our BizSense 4 Kids program along the way.
-
Soaring Samaritans Youth Movement delivers unpoppable soccer balls to youth living in challenging conditions because we have been given pure fulfillment through the sport of soccer ourselves. Our movement of social entrepreneurism, BizSense 4 Kids, beading therapy, upward mobility, and hand delivering soccer balls has been most impactful to children in orphanages, schools, and underfunded youth programs around the world. We access remote villages that often times have never received aid of any kind. We are open to donating resources that encompass any type of relief, motivation, sport balls or necessary supplies.

LASTING IMPACT
Sisters, Jordyn and Taylor have personally hand delivered thousands of soccer balls around the world. Their most impactful donations include special balls that are virtually indestructible to children in poorly funded education programs, soccer centers in low income communities, and orphanages.
Kids playing on rougher terrain in remote communities either have no ball, or are stuck with a torn up soccer ball that has scrapes, cuts and punctures because they are not playing on manicured grass or turf. Therefore, Jordyn and Taylor love One World Play Project’s indestructible balls for their significant value in serving children for a much longer playing period. This allows impact on children to last longer. As a result of their successful relationship with the company, Jordyn and Taylor serve as the Vice Presidents of One World Play Project’s program to “Make Life More Playful” everywhere.
KIDS INSPIRING KIDS
(“KIK” PROGRAM)
Soaring Samaritans Youth Movement inspires kids through creativity and action. People who donate balls to Soaring Samaritans Youth Movement can create a Fortune Ball for kids. The Fortune Balls are filled with messages of inspiration, hope, and positivity. Upon their deliveries, the sisters educate children on the history behind these balls and the purpose of paying it forward to make their mark in the world with a program they have written called “KIK,” also known as Kids Inspiring Kids. Through their visits, the sisters work to teach children that beyond receiving a free ball, recipients can find opportunities to pay it forward. The mission is for children to learn how their little acts of kindness continue rolling forward to make a bigger mark in the world.
UNIVERSITY PROGRAMS
As a humanitarian organization, we believe that service to others has no boundaries of state lines, country lines, or even university color lines. Nonetheless, Taylor & Jordyn are Los Angelenos and have a natural love in helping Los Angeles academic and athletic programs. In fact, even when it comes to Los Angeles college team rivalries, they come from a blended family. Taylor and Jordyn have 8 Bruins (UCLA) and 5 Trojans (USC) in their immediate family which makes their hearts filled with love and respect for Los Angeles college programs all around. They give their time to education and sport programs where it is needed and to benefit youth living in poverty by reaching out to organizations with a positive purpose that can network together.

Taylor & Jordyn have impacted children globally on history making levels. They’ve been the “first” outsiders to ever enter certain remote islands to donate to children in under-served soccer centers. They’ve also been the “first” child owned charity to assist in university soccer programs on several occasions. In fact, their movement created the first gala held in the history of UCLA’s soccer program to fundraise for a soccer specific stadium needed by the men’s and women’s soccer team. Due to the Soaring Samaritan Youth Movement’s creation of the One Goal gala, UCLA women’s soccer coaches were able to bring awareness and raised the $7 million needed to fund the soccer stadium, Wallis Annenburg Stadium to be built in Fall 2017.
SOAR Jewels
As the cost to transport soccer balls began to build, Taylor and Jordyn needed a better way to help fund their deliveries. They created a handmade jewelry line called SOAR Jewels and their high quality jewelry line began selling quickly in local boutique stores who share a passion for the work the sister team is doing.
-
SOAR Jewels were selling so well that the sisters needed a new way to keep up with the demand. Taylor got sponsored by an art teacher at her school who believed in the cause and they created a lunchtime school club called Beading for Balls which allowed fellow students to bead at lunch time, while earning graduation required community service hours. It is the first time in Taylor’s Middle school history any child has ever brought a community service club on campus that qualified for community service hours. Within the first 2 weeks of launching, Taylor’s club had 80 members signed up! SOAR Jewels are produced by the sister team and local kids driven to make a difference for those in need of soccer balls and essential living supplies.
Please consider donating to further their cause. Your support will go toward youth education, hand delivered balls, transportation, equipment, and expenses associated with getting to children and people in need: https://soaringsamaritansyouthmovement.org/donate/
